I am happy you have found me!
Yoga has helped me to find myself; to find my stability through flexibility. To face the challenges of daily life with my nose to the wind. The “crises” still come, but I have become more flexible, adaptable and creative. Yoga is a lifestyle, not just physical practice on the yoga mat. I live yoga every second as much as I can and still remain human. A healthy diet and lifestyle helps me to maintain my Zen. Breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation are also part of this and help me to open my heart and embrace life. Yoga crossed my path again and again, but for a long time endurance sports were more important to me and I “forgot” to support my body through stretching. My first teacher training in Mexico helped me to deepen my access to myself and my body while maintaining a healthy posture. With my trip to India to the “Capital of Yoga”, Rishikesh, I delved deeper into the spiritual side of yoga. The focus was on letting go, living in the here and now and self-love. And I love teaching and surfing the same wave for a short while. I am finally energetically strong and flexible enough to practice my secret passion, MASSIEREN. After the 7-week training in the jungle in Laos, I discovered Thai Yoga Massage for myself and love this dance of two bodies, where I can pass on all my experiences. It feels so good to do good! Come on, let’s dance!
