Yoga therapy and alignment go hand in hand and are part of my yoga classes. The focus is on the correct and healthy execution of the individual yoga poses and the anatomical background knowledge, WHY we do these exercises and what effects they have on the body and our mind will take you further in your practice. We all have physical limitations that we can accept, which is why I like to use props (aids such as yoga straps, bolsters or blocks) to support you and help you perform the exercises correctly. Because your body is worth it!
