Cela ressemble \u00e0 une phrase \u00e9cul\u00e9e, mais c&rsquo;est vrai. Combien de kilom\u00e8tres et de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9s ai-je parcourus \u00e0 pied, combien de sueurs ai-je laiss\u00e9es en montagne, et&#8230; je n&rsquo;en suis toujours pas rassasi\u00e9 ! Et le plus beau, c&rsquo;est que : Je ne fais pas de la randonn\u00e9e pour \u00e9vacuer mes frustrations, mais parce que j&rsquo;aime le mouvement, l&rsquo;air frais, le panorama. Cela fait longtemps qu&rsquo;il ne s&rsquo;agit plus de \u00ab\u00a0Plus haut. Plus vite. Plus loin\u00a0\u00bb. On m&rsquo;a dit qu&rsquo;\u00e0 mon rythme (rapide ?), je ne pouvais pas profiter de la beaut\u00e9 du paysage. Mais je ne suis pas d&rsquo;accord. C&rsquo;est surtout \u00e0 mon propre rythme (rapide ou non, c&rsquo;est une appr\u00e9ciation subjective) que je me sens le mieux. Suivez votre propre rythme ! Cela a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 le cas. Mais l\u00e0 encore, j&rsquo;ai pu apprendre : partager le chemin et les bons moments, cela aide \u00e0 lutter contre la frustration. J&rsquo;ai adapt\u00e9 mon rythme \u00e0 celui de mes compagnons de route, non seulement pour des raisons professionnelles, mais aussi pour partager le chemin avec des personnes que j&rsquo;aime. Je n&rsquo;ai plus besoin de me \u00ab\u00a0casser\u00a0\u00bb physiquement pour avoir un esprit \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, mais je consid\u00e8re chaque randonn\u00e9e, quelle que soit sa longueur et son altitude, chaque promenade dans la nature comme un enrichissement et je profite de chaque instant. Pas seulement seul, mais aussi avec des amis chers et mes invit\u00e9s. Car, soyons honn\u00eates : les montagnes sont mon bureau ! C&rsquo;est ici que je peux \u00ab\u00a0travailler\u00a0\u00bb, gagner de l&rsquo;argent en marchant. Je n&rsquo;ai pas \u00e0 me plaindre, j&rsquo;ai beaucoup de chance d&rsquo;avoir suivi ma passion.  <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>On n&rsquo;\u00e9tait vraiment que l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on marchait. &#8211; Goethe <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Depuis 2013, je travaille comme guide de randonn\u00e9e en montagne en Corse, puis j&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 d&rsquo;autres destinations comme le Chili, l&rsquo;Irlande, l&rsquo;Ecosse, la Norv\u00e8ge, l&rsquo;Autriche, l&rsquo;Italie, la Suisse et l&rsquo;Allemagne. Sous forme de circuit, de trekking ou de voyage sur site, d&rsquo;excursions d&rsquo;une journ\u00e9e ou de plusieurs jours, de yoga et de randonn\u00e9e, de yoga et de massage&#8230; La randonn\u00e9e peut faire tellement plus que de mettre un pied devant l&rsquo;autre. Je suis heureux de voir qu&rsquo;il y a autant de randonneurs et j&rsquo;esp\u00e8re faire quelques m\u00e8tres (d&rsquo;altitude) avec vous, en marchant loin de la routine.
